Delete your Lucky Planet Games account and data: email Privacy@LuckyPlanetGames.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. In Scratch Off Daily you can also delete your account in the game: open Settings and tap Delete Account. See all steps and what is deleted.
Lucky Planet Games is listed on Google Play as “Scratchers & Match 3 by Lucky Planet Games”.
This Data Policy summarizes the data practices of Lucky Planet Games Inc. (listed on Google Play as “Scratchers & Match 3 by Lucky Planet Games”) for all mobile games and applications we publish. To use the Services, you must agree to this Data Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. By downloading, installing, or playing any of our games, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Data We Collect

- A nickname, auto-assigned at account creation, which you may edit within the game
- Customer support communications
Data Collected Automatically
- Device type, model, and operating system version
- Device advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / Apple IDFA), subject to system-level consent on iOS
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP (no precise GPS location is collected)
- Gameplay data: session length, game progress, feature usage, and purchase history
- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
- Display name (nickname) as shown on in-game leaderboards and rankings, which are visible to other players
Data from Third Parties
- If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an authentication token confirming your identity. We do not receive your name, email address, or other profile information from those platforms.
- Limited purchase and account verification data from Google Play, Apple App Store, and Amazon Appstore

When you visit our website, standard browser cookies and similar technologies may be used to support site functionality and measure traffic. This applies only to the website and not to our mobile games. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We do share device advertising identifiers (GAID/IDFA) with Google AdMob and Unity Ads for personalized advertising. California residents may opt out of this sharing — see our full Privacy Policy for details.
Data Retention
- Account and gameplay data: Retained for the life of your account, plus up to 90 days after deletion
- Usage and analytics data: Retained for up to 24 months, then aggregated or anonymized
- Purchase records: Retained by the applicable app store platform (Google Play, Apple App Store, Amazon Appstore), not by Lucky Planet Games Inc.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Our casual games require users to be at least 13 years old. Our social casino-style games are strictly for users 18 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has used our Services, please contact us at Privacy@LuckyPlanetGames.com and we will delete their data promptly.
Deleting Your Account and Data
The Services require the data practices described in this policy to function. There is no option to limit or restrict data collection while continuing to use the Services. The only way to stop data collection is to delete your account.
All games: by email
- Email Privacy@LuckyPlanetGames.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
- Include the name of the game and your in-game nickname or PlayFab ID.
Scratch Off Daily: in the game
- Open Scratch Off Daily and tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately.
We process email requests within:
- 30 days for EU / EEA / UK residents
- 45 days for California residents (with a possible 45-day extension if needed)
- 30 days for all other users
What is deleted
- Your account, player ID and nickname
- Game progress, levels, virtual currency and purchased items
- Leaderboard and ranking entries
- Gameplay history linked to your account
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Deleted progress, virtual currency and purchased items cannot be recovered.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backup copies of account data are removed within 90 days of deletion.
- Usage and analytics data is kept for up to 24 months, then aggregated or anonymized.
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play, the Apple App Store or the Amazon Appstore under their own policies, not by Lucky Planet Games Inc.
- Records we must keep by law (for example, for fraud prevention, tax or legal claims) are kept only as long as the law requires.
