Accessibility

Lucky Planet Games Inc. wants everyone to be able to use luckyplanetgames.com, including people with disabilities. This statement explains the standard we work to, what we have done, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our standard

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, speech, cognitive or learning disabilities.

What we have done

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link.
  • Text and controls meet WCAG AA color contrast on our dark background.
  • Pages use real headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate them.
  • Game screenshots have written descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Nothing on the site moves on its own. Screenshot galleries move only when you scroll or press their buttons.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, our parallax and fade effects are turned off.
  • The scratch-off ticket on our home page has a Reveal button, so you never need to scratch it.
  • Our contact form has labeled fields and clear error messages, and its spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) does not ask you to solve picture puzzles.
  • Pages resize and reflow for phones, tablets and desktops, and work at 200% zoom.

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and with screen readers such as VoiceOver, TalkBack and NVDA.

Known limitations

This statement covers our website. Our mobile games are separate products distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play and the Amazon Appstore. We are working to improve their accessibility over time, and we welcome feedback about them as well.

Links to app stores and other websites lead to content we do not control.

Feedback and help

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, please tell us. Include the page address and a short description of the problem, and we will work with you to fix it or provide the information another way.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.

Ongoing review

We review this website for accessibility when we make changes to it, and we update this statement when our approach changes.
